The beauty and wilderness aspects of the reserve and some of the wildlife can be enjoyed from the roadside and track next to the car park.
The Hiker’s Trail is an unsurfaced way-marked trail indicated by marker posts. It is uneven, often very wet and slippery, and very steep in places and without seating. It crosses one narrow bridge. It is only advisable for those with experience of hill walking, navigation and exposed upland areas. It takes at least 2.5 hours.
No access permitted off the way-marked trail due to presence of unmarked swallow holes from underlying limestone caves system.
