Two trails, three quarters and one and a half miles long. There is also a half mile walk across fields to reach the reserve.

No car park on-site however RSPB members can park at Crowhurst village hall, 800m walk from the site. No height restrictions. No bike racks.

BBQs are a fire risk, endangering other people and the precious wildlife and habitats here. They are not permitted on the reserve at any time.
There are no formal viewing points here. As there is nowhere to shelter, we recommend you dress appropriately for the weather.
There is no visitor centre here and this reserve does not have any staff on site.
There is no cafe or shop here, the nearest place for food and drinks is in Battle around 4 miles away. We recommend you bring your own food and drinks if this is likely to affect your visit.
Restrictions
Dogs are allowed on the reserve but must be kept strictly under control. The reserve is managed as a safe home for breeding birds, so please keep dogs on a lead at all times. This nature reserve is an important place for wildlife.
Assistance dogs are welcome in all parts of the reserve.
