0.75 mile (1 km) long trail from car park west side of the reserve, returning via B8007. Mainly beaten earth surface with short boardwalk sections. Steep and uneven from the start and throughout. Several sets of steps. No seating.
There are no formal viewing points here. As there is nowhere to shelter, we recommend you dress appropriately for the weather.
There is no visitor centre here and this reserve does not have any staff on site.
There is no cafe or shop here, the nearest places for food and drinks are 7 miles (12 km) away at Salen and 12 miles (19km) away at Kilchoan. We recommend you bring your own food and drinks if this is likely to affect your visit.
