In Scotland, you have the right to access the great outdoors on most land and inland water if you act responsibly and follow the Scottish Outdoor Access Code. At our reserves, we ask visitors to help reduce wildlife disturbance and damage to these important locations. You can help do this by sticking to the paths provided, keeping dogs on a short lead or close to heel, taking away litter, following any local guidance and taking extra care during times of high fire risk.
Check our webpage or reserve Facebook page in advance to make the best plan for your day ahead.
Check the weather forecast and make sure you wear and pack the clothes you need. The majority of our experiences are outdoors so we want you to be comfortable and dry!
Pack a picnic or check if there is a café or refreshments available on site.
