Keep track of any commitments your MP made

Make sure you keep track of any commitments your MP made, and whether they keep them. If they do, get in touch to thank them. If they don’t, get in touch to gently remind them of your discussion and ask them when they will take the action they agreed to.

Share the story of your meeting

Share the story and your experience through your local group newsletter, on your social media, and by getting in touch with the RSPB’s campaigns team.

We would love to share your story of meeting with your MP to encourage others to do the same. If you are willing to talk about your experience, please get in touch by emailing community.campaigns@rspb.org.uk.

Get more involved in campaigning

If you’re a member of an RSPB Local Group, think about how it can get more involved in campaigning to build on your success. If you aren't part of a local group, make sure you are signed up to receive our campaigning updates here.
